Welcome to Zumba with Jen! By accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by our terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and the services we offer, so please read them carefully:

  • When using our website, please adhere to the following: eligibility requirements for classes, pricing and payment terms, our right to modify or discontinue services, our responsibilities for the quality of instruction, ownership of class materials and logos, our right to suspend or terminate passes, indemnification, limitations of our liability, our right to revise these terms, the governing law and dispute resolution, and our contact information.

Bookings and Payment

  • All classes must be booked in advance as classes can be cancelled when no bookings are made.

  • Payment is required at least 24 hours before class to secure your spot.

  • You may pay online by card or by cash prior to the 24-hour cutoff.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before class to retain your credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted or payment forfeited.

  • All payments and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class Pass Validity

  • Class passes must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Passes cannot be extended unless required by law (i.e. medical grounds with documentation).

Health & Safety

  • By participating, you confirm that you are fit to take part in physical activity.

  • Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or limitations before class.

  • Participation is at your own risk and you are responsible for exercising within your abilities.

Children & Minors

  • Kids’ Zumba classes are designed for children aged 5–11 years (unless otherwise stated).

  • A parent or guardian must complete the registration form and provide emergency contact details.

  • Children under 14 must have a parent or guardian present onsite during the class.

  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s supervision before and after class.

Behaviour & Respect

  • A respectful, non-judgemental and inclusive environment is expected at all times.

  • Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.

Privacy

Personal information is collected for booking and safety purposes only and will not be shared with third parties (see Privacy Policy for full details).
