What is the cost?

Standard Zumba classes are $25 per session.
Zumba Gold is $20 per session.

We also offer class packs if you want to purchase your classes in bulk to save some money.

When and how do I have to pay for class?

Payment is required at least 24 hours before class to secure your spot. You can pay online by card when booking, or by cash prior to the 24-hour cut-off. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Adult classes go for around 45 - 50 minutes.

There are a couple ways to book a class. You can contact me directly through text, email or message through social media platforms or just click the book now button on this website.

Is there an age limit for Zumba?

There’s no upper age limit at all, if you love music and movement, you’re welcome! Teens aged 12+ can join standard Zumba classes.

Isn't Zumba just for women?

Not at all! Zumba is for everyone — men and women of all ages and fitness levels. It’s about moving your body, having fun, and improving your health. Many men love Zumba for its high-energy cardio workout, great music, and stress relief. Everyone is welcome on the dance floor!

I can't dance but still want to do Zumba, can I join?

Yes! Zumba is for everyone, no dance experience needed. The focus is on moving your body, having fun, and enjoying the music. You don’t need to get every step perfect; you just follow along at your own pace, throw in a little bit of sass and have a good time.

What should I wear/bring to class?

Wear comfortable activewear and supportive sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you like, oh and a positive attitude. (We also love a little bit of sassiness)

Do I need dance experience to join?

Not at all! Zumba is for every level, no dance experience is needed. Just follow the music, have fun and move at your own pace.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Accepted Answer

Yes as long as they are made within 24 hours before class to retain your credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost class.

Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely! Zumba with Jen welcomes all fitness levels, and you can take breaks anytime you need. We run a Zumba Gold class 1 day a week.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely Yes! You’re welcome to bring a friend which we encourage as it is more enjoyable, just make sure they book and pay at least 24 hours prior to class.
