Zumba with Jen offers fun, uplifting and beginner-friendly dance fitness classes designed to help people build confidence, improve fitness and feel great through movement. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break or simply looking for a workout that feels more like fun than fitness, our classes provide a welcoming and judgment-free space where everyone can move at their own pace.
With a focus on joy, rhythm and community, Zumba with Jen blends easy-to-follow choreography with energising and popular music to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with specialty options including Kids Zumba, Beginners Zumba and Zumba Toning for those wanting a little extra strength work.
Here, it’s not about dancing perfectly — it’s about showing up, feeling good in your body, and enjoying the experience. This is a space where you can let loose, express yourself, and join a community of passionate dancers.

About Me
Hi, I’m Jen.
A certified Zumba instructor and lover of movement, music and community. My fitness journey hasn’t been a straight line, it began with a simple goal: to feel stronger, happier, healthier and more confident in my body. Like many women, I grew up not realising I had ADHD, and for a long time I struggled with staying consistent, feeling motivated and feeling “at home” in traditional fitness spaces.
I didn’t connect with gyms or rigid workout styles no matter how hard I tried . I needed something fun, energetic and expressive to actually keep me engaged. That’s what led me to Zumba. It gave me the freedom to move, laugh, and switch off the noise in my head for an hour and it became the first form of exercise I genuinely looked forward to. I don't come from a traditional fitness background, I just wanted something that felt fun, uplifting and sustainable. Zumba became that space for me.
What started as a way to improve my health quickly grew into something much deeper. I fell in love with how empowering dance can be: the confidence it builds, the stress it releases, and the joy it brings, no matter your age, fitness level or experience. That’s the feeling I bring into my classes: a space where people can show up exactly as they are, neurodivergent, shy, anxious, beginner, curious. All welcome.
My classes are fun, judgment-free and built on three core values:

Whether you’re a beginner, returning to movement, or just looking for a feel-good workout with great music and good vibes, you’re in the right place. You don’t need to be able to “dance” you just need music, energy and a willingness to show up for yourself and have fun.
This is more than fitness, it’s confidence, connection and self-care through movement and vibration.

We offer a variety of classes to suit all levels and ages, including standard energetic Adult Zumba classes and specialized Beginners' that focus on building confidence and technique. For those looking to tone their bodies while having fun, our Zumba Toning classes are perfect. Plus, we're excited to announce that Kids' Zumba classes will be coming in 2026, ensuring there's something everyone in the family!
